ABOUT US

The Organised Kollective is a community creating a life of Peace, Productivity and Purpose for Ambitious Mums through time management. A safe space for Multifaceted Women who refuse to put their true selves on hold just so they can fit into a societal box.

Dreamed up in 2014. Founded in 2025.

The Organised Kollective offers a holistic, female-centric approach to productivity that promotes organisation as a tool to keeping overwhelm at bay regardless of the pressures and challenges that ambitious mums and multifaceted women face on a daily basis.

Created through a passion of organisation, time management and quest for joy even in life’s chaos, TOK is a space where women learn how to be better organised and intentional with their time so they can thrive without feeling overwhelmed.

Women often struggle with the concept of putting themselves first - it feels impossible to do, especially when you have children or caring responsibilities.

Societal expectations will try and make you think that you are selfish or not maternal enough if you don’t want to spend every hour of the day pouring into others and burying your wants, needs and ability to control your day.

This is a space where you will never be condemned for your determination to be a better version of yourself.

Meet our

Founder Charlotte

I fell into post-natal depression shortly after having my first child on 31st January 2014. I was miserable and looked at my baby, partner and everything and everyone around me with extreme contempt. I felt robbed of my life, out of sync with my body and unable to manage my time which since childhood has always been of utmost importance to me.

One thing that I knew was that it wasn’t the baby’s fault. He hadn’t asked to be born! He hadn’t asked for me to be his mother and deep down, somewhere I looked at his little face and felt love in my heart and an instant desire to do good by him and for him. I began thinking of solutions to help me overcome the depressed feelings which stemmed from a lack of control.

What could I control? Not the 2-week old baby. Not my partner or the situation we found ourselves in. I couldn’t run away…. But I could control my time and how I used each day – if I tried really hard I knew that I could use my time in a way that meant I showed up for the baby and gave him everything he needed, but also showed up for myself and gave myself what I needed to feel content and slightly more in sync with who I was before the baby arrived and how I used to spend my time.

And that is how my obsession with productivity and time management started, specifically the principle of time-blocking which is the foundation on which our virtual membership is based on.

Time-blocking allowed me to use each hour of the day purposefully so that I could care for my baby, but also carve out a minimum amount of hours each day where I could so things for myself:

  • paint my nails (lol seriously)

  • sit in silence / pray / journal / do a gratitude list

  • catch up with friends

  • do housework

  • go the hairdressers (aka therapy!)

Showing up for myself daily saved me in that season.

11 years later, it is still a principle that I follow daily and it has enabled me to become the best version of myself possible: in Motherhood to my two children; in my 15-year career as a Senior Executive Assistant in Private Equity; in navigating a difficult marriage and subsequent divorce (the divorce was amicable and we get on well!) and in juggling multiple challenges and triumphs along the way.

I created The Organised Kollective in January 2025 as I know that there are many women who are at risk of losing themselves just as I could have many times and I am committed to creating safe spaces for us to knowledge share, grow in organisation, productivity, peace and purpose.
